Our Services:

We provide health care staffing to a variety of medical needs by forging partnerships with the leading Home Health agencies in the Bay Area. Our post-acute in-home services range from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Nursing.

Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist who can join our team of talented individuals who are passionate about providing the best care for their patients.

Location/s: Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Alameda County (Our therapists choose which locations they can cover)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year PT Experience
• Preferably at least 1 year Home Health experience (Training provided for PT w/o home health experience)
• Must have valid professional license to practice PT in the State of California
• Valid CPR License
• Valid Driver’s License and your own reliable transportation
